What we collect
Your email and name when you sign up; the projects, assets, scripts and clips you create; and API keys you choose to save for your own tools. Keys are stored privately and are never shown back to you or anyone else.
Google Drive
If you connect Google Drive, Crewcut only uses the drive.file permission. That means we can only see and manage the folders and files Crewcut creates for your productions — never the rest of your Drive. We use this access only to create project folders and save your production files there. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Crewcut's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect at any time from the Connections page or from your Google Account settings.
How we use your data
Only to run the service: powering the AI crew, generating clips, stitching videos and saving your work. AI processing is done by our AI providers solely to produce your results.
Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it only with the services needed to run Crewcut (hosting, AI models) and the tools you connect yourself.
Deleting your data
You can delete projects, assets and keys anytime. To delete your whole account, contact us and we'll remove everything.
